Biography Of A Legend

Ronald Belford Scott (Bon Scott) was born July 9, 1946 in Roods, Kirriemuir, Scotland from Isabella Cunningham Mitchell and Charles Scott (Isa and Chick).
Scott's family migrated to Melbourne, Australia in 1952. They changed to Harvest Road, north of Fremantle in 1956. Bon follow his education in an elementary school in north of Fremantle and move to John Curtin Senior High School until 1961.



  
His first job was a farm laborer before working on a fishing boat. Then, at Avery Scales,  in a weighing factory as an apprentice mechanic.

Then he discovered Rock'n'Roll!

 A summary of the first musical career of Bon:

1956 - Bon joined joined the Caledonian Scots Pipe Band with his father Ckick Scott. Bon plays the snare drum.

1962 - Bon appears in the inaugural ceremony of the Empire Games in Perth at Perry Lakes. Bon is Champion of snare drums novice and then was champion for five years.

1965 - Quit college at 16 and worked for a time as a factor but his passion for rock and roll and alcohol ruled out him from the "right direction", and even the army told him socially inadapted . It was clear he could only be in a rock band. Between 1965 and half of 1966  bon was  drummer and occasional singer in Spektors, a group that had versions of familiar songs like "Yesterday",
